About Jim & Cindy

We recently became a Business Team Entity ('Team Hailey') within Canzell Realty and are already beginning to see the wisdom of our joint venture! Jim boarded with Canzell Realty when the firm was 'Chantel Ray'. Recently, I (Cindy) joined forces with my husband as a licensed agent at Canzell.

Our goal remains unchanged -to serve Clients with friendly, responsible and effecient care that calms the waters of the Real Estate Voyage.

Jim is a 25-year veteran of the USCG, with the majority of his career being involved in Search & Rescue. He knows how to be calm in the midst of the strongest storms!

I spent much of my time as a 'military spouse' in teaching school, music and more while managing the homefront in Jim's absence. I learned a lot about patience and perseverence!

Together, we learned much of how to meet the challenges of frequent relocations and military life in general. In the midst of it all, we worked to do our best while depending on The Master of our ship to set and steer the course. We've brought these same habits forward with us into our Real Estate service to you.
